Kremnica Krahule and Skalka Holiday House

If you're looking for a comfy venue from which to enjoy the great ski resorts of Skalka and Krahule or explore the wealth of history and natural beauty which abounds the Banská Bystrica Region of central Slovakia, look no further than my home, sweet home... My place offers a great option for family holidays and also small groups vacations. The space Pleasantly situated in the centre of the quaint village of Ihrac, my 3-bedroom property is a two-story L-shaped house furnished in a contemporary style, with a full range of modern amenities throughout. It features a living accommodation totalling approximately 150 square metres (ground floor is 90 square metres in total while first floor has a total area of 60 square metres). The ground floor briefly comprises entrance lobby, a fully-equipped kitchen open onto a large living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet room and some storage facilities. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom, a study room equipped with a sofa bed, a cute little reading nook, a bathroom with toilet and a superb kitchen/dining area with large windows allowing plenty of natural light and affording amazing views of the village and the beautiful green surroundings. Note that it is possible to access the first floor using an outside steel staircase. The grounds run across roughly 400 square metres and include a nice garden and a convenient outhouse that boasts a kitchenette and a living area, an ideal social space for those wishing to relax after a full day on the slopes or simply party in the evening. The property also provides covered parking spaces for up to three cars.
