This country-style finca is located near the small village of Es Carritxo. It is in a very quiet location in the middle of a beautiful hilly landscape in the southeast of Mallorca, on a plot of 25,000 square meters. And for our big and small children: the house even has a pool table:-) Layout: First floor: On the ground floor of the finca, the spacious entrance hall leads to the living and dining area on the right, with a sofa corner and dining area and access to a terrace. The space This country-style finca is located near the small village of Es Carritxo. And for our big and small children: the house even has a pool table:-) Layout: First floor: On the ground floor of the finca, the spacious entrance hall leads to the living and dining area on the right, with a sofa corner and dining area and access to a terrace. The adjoining kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. It has access to another terrace at the rear with a seating area and a view of the beautiful garden. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. Second floor: There are two bedrooms here, one with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Both share a bathroom with bathtub. There is a pool table in the anteroom. Outdoor area: The surrounding garden is very well maintained and there are several lovely seating areas. The surrounding area is ideal for wonderful walks, e. g. to the Castell de Santueri, which is only a few kilometers away. There is a small bar in the nearby village of Es Carritxo, but no stores. Arrival and minimum stay: Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon by arrangement with the owner. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay. Additional costs: Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months.
