The space The apartment features free parking, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and all the comforts for a relaxing stay. It is located in a quiet, well-maintained condominium, accessible via stairs to the raised ground floor. As you enter, you are welcomed by a small hallway separating the living area from the sleeping area. To the right, you’ll find the living room with an open kitchen, comfortable sofa, dining/work table, and a relaxation area, along with a large balcony overlooking the inner garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all essential utensils. Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee pods, tea, herbal teas, sugar, and water are available for you. To the left, you’ll find the full bathroom with a shower. Hand soap, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There is also a washing machine with pods for your laundry. In the bedroom, you have a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe with hangers, a clothes rack, and two nightstands, plus a small balcony for drying clothes. The apartment features air conditioning, autonomous heating, and Wi-Fi. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests throughout the entire stay. There are no shared spaces or restricted-access areas. Access is provided via autonomous self check-in. Detailed instructions are sent prior to arrival, once the mandatory registration process has been completed. Guests may receive friends for visits and dinners.
