Located in Ponet-et-Saint-Auban, this charming 70 m² village gîte welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The multi-level house is built with natural materials and offers mountain views. The second bedroom, with a unique atmosphere, is a former wine cellar skillfully converted with a plastered vaulted ceiling. Cool in all seasons, it features a French door and a small window opening onto a covered passage. Other things to note The two bedrooms are separated by the building’s architecture and each is accessed by a characterful staircase, ensuring excellent sound insulation—something to consider if you are traveling with young children. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, TV, fan, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair for your comfort. The living area is mainly heated by a wood stove, with electric heating in other rooms. In cooler weather, comfortable slippers are recommended. The gîte is open year-round. Step out onto your private balcony or open terrace to relax and enjoy the scenery. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. Shared parking is available on site and on the street. Pets are welcome. There is a shared bike storage room for your rides. Families will appreciate the shared toys and books for children. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
