Tredrea Annexe - Self Contained Cornish hideaway

Welcome to the annexe of our family home, a historic converted stables, quietly yet conveniently situated on the edge of a village (served by bus and train) between Truro and Falmouth. There is a private entrance, large studio bedroom with full kitchen, TV and a table, and a separate mezzanine sitting area up a spiral staircase with access to the shower room and a sofa bed (for children by prior arrangement please). The space is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children. No dogs, sorry. The space The annexe is a studio, with front door leading to a large room with king sized bed with luxury bedding and towels. There is a kitchenette complete with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and everything needed to self cater. There is a smart TV, full broadband and dining table and chairs. There is a spiral staircase (sadly not suitable for those with mobility issues or children under 5) leading to the mezzanine floor, with sofa, coffee table and access to the shower room/ WC. We are very happy to accept families with older children and make up the sofa bed up here for them by prior arrangement, but don't think the upstairs space is suitable for adults to sleep (low head room etc). Guest access The annexe is self contained, but please respect our busy family, keeping the garden which surrounds the property, for our private use. There are busses and trains locally. Other things to note We are family friendly and happy to discuss arrangements for children (unfortunately no very young children please due to the arrangement of the property). Please no more than 2 adults unless with prior discussion.
