Country house with exceptional view

Our country house is located in a hamlet in the commune of St Pierre de Vassols, in the Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, 12 km from Carpentras, 5 km from the village of Mazan, 6 km from Bédoin & 35 km from Avignon. The view is exceptional... Set in unspoilt countryside, this haven of peace is also an ideal base for sporting activities, such as cycling, running or simply walking. With a surface area of 100 m², the house can accommodate 6 people. The house has three bedrooms, including a mezzanine with a 160cm bed, a 140cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/dining room. The 4000m2 grounds around the house are planted with olive trees. The saltwater swimming pool measures 4m x 12m. Bed linen is provided (not towels or kitchen towels). Tourist tax is included in the price. During the months of February, March, April, October & November, heating costs will be payable in addition directly to the owner. They will be charged at €70 per week.
