The space The price includes: * stay for 1- 4 people, * linens, bathroom, kitchen, and garden, * 1 toddler bed * stocked kitchen (see description), * electricity, * welcome gift. The price does not include the costs of heating (pellet) consumption and the tourist tax (from 14 years). The vacation home "Atelier" is located in the core of Maggia, a short walk from bars, restaurants, shops, the Maggia River and its beaches. It has a common entrance through a rose garden with our other vacation home "Studio", a small private garden and views of the mountains. The style is rustic, the clubs are cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail. The equipped corner kitchen is equipped with several small appliances such as: capsule and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It is also stocked with a "starter-kit", i.e. spices, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, etc. The buffet closet is widely equipped with kitchen and table accessories. In addition to the double room, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and hairdryer. The small private garden with pergola is furnished (table, chairs, deck chairs, granite bench and barbecue). For entertainment we have a selection of books in different languages, CD radio-letter, different company games. For small children, we have a "wonders box" with various wooden games. We use eco-friendly products to clean the spaces. Free public parking available near the house. We speak Italian, English, German and French. Guest access For guests there is a small garden with a bistro table, granite bench, table and chairs, and a barbecue on wheels. Other things to note The location is absolutely quiet and sunny.
