Enjoy a relaxed and convenient stay in Munno Para, ideally positioned for exploring the Barossa Valley wine region while offering easy access to Adelaide CBD via the Northern Expressway and Smithfield Train Station. This private room suits Barossa visitors, longer stays, and guests who value a calm, well-kept home. With Playford Shopping Centre nearby, everything you need for a comfortable short or extended stay is close at hand. Other things to note I live in the house, so the kitchen, laundry and main living room are shared spaces that guests are welcome to use. There’s also a second living room with a couch and TV available if guests prefer a more private place to sit or watch something. I clean and maintain all shared spaces, while guests are responsible for keeping their private bedroom and private bathroom tidy during their stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided at check‑in plus an extra set for changing (for long stay guests) and you’re welcome to use the laundry facilities. I don’t charge a cleaning fee, so I simply ask guests to keep their private spaces reasonably clean. If you’d like additional cleaning during a long stay, I can arrange a professional cleaner at your cost — just ask.
