Enjoy the calm, sea and nature, with access to bikes, kayaks, a rowboat and a traditional wood-fired sauna. A new cabin is under construction (no photos yet) with a large deck facing the bay. Simple wash up area in the sauna. 100 m pier for swimming or evening fishing. The space Welcome to our lively farmhouse – for those who appreciate the simple, nature-close, and genuine. This is not a luxury hotel – but a charming, slightly rustic farmhouse accommodation where nature takes center stage and everything is not always perfectly arranged. It’s an active country life with gardening, beekeeping, sauna bathing, and space for rest. The accommodation consists of a bright, cozy room that can accommodate five people. There is a small kitchen with the essentials. The sauna is an obvious part of the experience – a wood-fired refuge for warmth, tranquility, and a view of the lake. You have access to the dock, where you can take a dip or just sit with a cup of coffee. The 100-meter-long walkway is in good condition but may be a bit windy in places due to winter ice. The farm is situated in the countryside but close to the town (15 minutes by car to Mariehamn). We are happy to provide tips on lovely walks, bike paths, cafés, or natural swimming spots nearby. Guest access You have full access to the cabin, sauna, terrace, garden, trampoline, pier, boat, bikes and kayaks. Please ask me of you need help! Other things to note There is no regular shower, but a simple electric one is available in the sauna. Outhouse toilet. Bees and two cats lives here (not in the cottage).
