The space The modern and stylish apartment convinces on 70 sqm with an appealing interior and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In the living area, a 55-inch satellite color TV, a Blu-ray player and a radio CD player invite you to cozy evenings. The separate dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights, while the large south-facing terrace with outdoor fireplace invites you to relax and barbecue. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso machine and extensive kitchen inventory. In the spacious master bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures pleasant nights and a wardrobe provides sufficient storage space. The second bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a double bed (160 x 200 cm) if necessary. The modern shower room has underfloor and towel heating as well as a washing machine – ideal for longer stays. For families with children, a children's travel bed and a high chair are also available free of charge. A private parking space is right in front of the house. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included, so they can be brought or booked for €30 per person.
