It is a large 3 storey family home and as the name suggests, its truly a haven that enjoys exquisite views; offering families, golfers, ramblers and surfers a tranquil space to call home away from home, a seaside base to explore the surrounding areas and a perfect place for a sunset . It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, train station and the coastal path The space The house has plenty of space and currently accommodates 12 people ; It is wheelchair accessible on the whole of ground floor which consists of a bedroom , a shower room, lounge, dining room,conservatory overlooking the cardigan bay & the kitchen which leads on to a utility area. There is also a large games and or storage room overlooking the back garden suitable for golf kits paddle boards or bikes and private parking for at least 7 cars. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note There is a basement flat separate from the main house and is occupied by a mature couple .
