Short walk to local pub and shop, with free on and off street parking. The space A cosy self-contained studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space includes a double bed, TV with Firestick, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave oven, air fryer and kettle. You’ll have your own private bathroom with shower and fresh towels. There is a new washing machine, should you need it. Self check-in makes arrival easy at any time, and there is free parking available. The studio is quiet and separate from our home and garden, so you can relax, work or rest at anytime of day. Please note: no smoking inside the property. Smoking outside is allowed. However, please close the studio door in this case. Guest access Guests have full private use of the studio, including the kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area and TV. The space has its own private entrance and outside space so you can come and go freely. Parking is free and available outside. Guests can park on the road or smaller cars can park on the drive outside the studio gates. Other things to note Late check-out may be available on request for £15 up to 12pm or £25 up to 1pm subject to availability. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside (including cannabis). Violations may result in additional cleaning/deodorising fees and cancellation of the stay.
