Please understand that simultaneous use of electric appliances with high power consumption, such as air conditioners, hair dryers, and microwaves, may cause the breaker to switch off. Guest access You don't have to share any space with others! You can relax in all private spaces. Other things to note 1. Notes on cleaning, damage, and number of people If there is significant dirt due to improper use, we may need to charge an additional cleaning fee. If furniture or fixtures are found to be lost or damaged, we will charge you the actual cost. If more than the number of guests booked is confirmed, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person (we may check with the security camera in front of the entrance). 2. Garbage, smoking, forgotten items, large garbage Please separate the garbage as described. No smoking indoors.If smoking is confirmed, a special cleaning fee will be charged. We will only ship forgotten items as cash on delivery, and we will charge a separate fee of 2,500 yen. We cannot store large items (suitcases, etc.).If left, we will charge you for the disposal fee of 10,000 yen. 3. Check-in and check-out Please let us know in advance if you would like to check in early.(Luggage can be stored before check-in on the day of check-in) As a general rule, we cannot store luggage after late check-out or check-out. 4. Rules during your stay One bath towel and face towel are provided.Please do your laundry if needed. Shoes strictly prohibited There is no cleaning service or towel change during your stay.If you'd like additional cleaning, you can do it for a fee. Noise is prohibited.Don't party or have loud conversations.Please be quiet, especially after 21:00. Please be sure to lock the key to prevent problems such as theft.We are not responsible for any issues. 5. Identity verification (by law) [If you are a foreign national] If you don't have a address in Japan, or if you are a foreign national, in accordance with the Inns and Hotels Business Act and the Private Lodging Business Act. You'll need to provide your full name, address, contact information, nationality, passport number, and show everyone's passports. [If you are a Japanese national] In accordance with the law, we are required to provide name, address, contact information, nationality, and identification documents with a photo such as a driver's license, etc. 6. About the surrounding environment During your stay, there may be external environmental impact, such as construction noise in the surrounding area, neighbors' living sounds, and temporary smells.These are events outside the facility and cannot be managed by this facility, so we cannot provide refunds, discounts, etc. for these reasons. If you are concerned about the smell and dirt in the room, we will discuss the original situation where you will be present separately. If you check out without permission before discussing this with us, we won't be able to offer discounts or refunds.Please make a reservation with your understanding in advance. 7. Insects, etc. In Japan, temperatures and humidity tend to be high, so on rare occasions, insects may come in from outside when windows and doors are opened. Of course, we take great care to clean and prevent insects on a daily basis, but in the unlikely event that cockroaches or other insects appear, please use the insecticide provided and contact us immediately if necessary.
