Casa TEBA is an entire traditional Japanese house for rent located on Teba Island in Mugi Town, Tokushima Prefecture.The historic island, which has prospered from the 1800s through fishing, retains a beautiful townscape that was selected as a National Important Preservation District for Groups of Historic Buildings in 2017.The biggest attraction of the inn is the open living room and balcony on the second floor.It is a special space where you can enjoy a relaxing time with a view of not only the sea but also the harbor and the island towns.There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor in addition to the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, and a living room and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, and it can accommodate up to 6 people.Please be sure to prepare drinks and food before coming to the island.This place is recommended for those who want to spend a quiet time on the island, those who want to enjoy playing in the sea and fishing with their families, and those who want to rest their minds and bodies on a pilgrimage. Other things to note ・ Casa TEBA is an inn located on the remote island of Dewa Island (TEBA Island).There is no supermarket or convenience store on the island, only one cafe.Therefore, be sure to prepare drinks, food, etc. before crossing the island. ・ Cafes on the island are open irregularly.Please contact the cafe directly for more information. ・ There are no police stations, fire stations, hospitals, or other medical facilities on the island.If you are not feeling well, please do not overdo it and refrain from coming to the island, and take care of your health beforehand.Also, if you suddenly feel unwell at night, you will not be able to leave the island until the early morning when the connecting boat operates. ・ Please refrain from moving around with your upper body naked. ・ Traditional wooden houses remain.Please be careful when handling fire. ・ Please do not touch the fisherman's tools. ・ Please be mindful of noise and loud voices that may disturb the neighbors.The islanders are elderly people and fishermen.Especially after 9 pm, please lower the volume of the TV or music, Please be considerate, such as not making loud noises. ・ Exchange and cleaning for consecutive nights Casa TEBA aims to provide a stay that is kind to nature.We do not change linens (sheets, covers, towels, etc.), equipment, or clean the room during your stay.If you need to replace it because it is dirty, etc., please use the spare one we have available.
