Designed for reunions, the Domaine accommodates up to 20 guests with 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and beautiful living areas. Enjoy the garden, terrace, and heated pool in season. A warm and peaceful place to share precious moments with family, friends or during a business stay. The space Le Domaine La Roche is a large 360 m² family home, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, in the heart of the Limousin countryside. Created from two buildings with character that were joined together over time, the Domaine now forms a single living space. Its layout allows families and groups to fully enjoy their stay, while offering everyone space, comfort, and privacy. The house has: - 10 bedrooms and 12 beds: 8 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The Domaine also includes: 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and a large dining room where the whole group can gather. The two kitchens are particularly convenient for large group stays. In particular, they are equipped with: ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, stovetops and coffee makers. The different living spaces allow everyone to enjoy the Domaine at their own pace: gather around a meal, share a moment in the lounge, play, read in one of the library spaces, or simply take a quiet moment. For your convenience, linens are provided: the beds are made before your arrival, and towels are available. Le Domaine also has 2 washing machines, fiber Wi-Fi and baby equipment. Here, everything is designed so that many people can be together without feeling cramped: long breakfasts, large tables, quiet moments, and evenings spent chatting are naturally part of the experience. Located in Peyrilhac, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet in the Limousin countryside, the Domaine enjoys a quiet environment while remaining close to Limoges and the historic site of Oradour-sur-Glane. The exteriors On sunny days, a large part of life at the Domaine naturally takes place outdoors. You can take advantage of: the large covered terrace; the pergola; several relaxation areas; the barbecue; the garden; the outdoor play area; the outdoor heated pool during the SUMMER season. While some enjoy the pool or the garden, others can sit under the pergola, share a coffee on the terrace, or simply enjoy the calm of the countryside. The outdoors thus extend the spirit of the Domaine: slowing down, sharing a meal, enjoying a swim, and taking time to be together. The pool The outdoor swimming pool is heated during the SUMMER season, subject to weather conditions and maintenance requirements. It is exclusively reserved for guests of the Domaine: it is therefore not shared with any other accommodation or any other guests. Swimming is allowed from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm. Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult. For everyone’s safety and to preserve the equipment, the instructions concerning the pool area and the use of the safety shutter are detailed in the Welcome Book provided to guests. For which stays? Domaine La Roche is particularly suitable for: family vacations and large or multigenerational families; family reunions and gatherings; stays with friends; birthdays organized in a family-oriented and peaceful spirit; seminars and working days in the countryside; association meetings. The Domaine is above all a family home and a place for reunions, where people come to share beautiful moments while enjoying enough space to respect everyone's pace. The spirit of the Domaine Conviviality is an integral part of the experience: large gatherings, family birthdays, family reunions and get-togethers with friends naturally find their place here. However, the Domaine is not designed for noisy parties, evenings with loud music, or events likely to cause disturbances outside. Its location in the heart of a peaceful hamlet also implies respect for the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We want to preserve this warm and serene atmosphere that is an integral part of the Domaine experience. In particular, outside noise disturbances must be limited between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Birthday or reunion in a family and friendly spirit: Yes. Guest access Guests have the entire Domaine at their disposal, with the bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces provided for their stay. Private parking with 6 spaces is available on the property. The exact address and practical arrival information are provided before the stay. A complete welcome book is also sent 4 weeks before your arrival and made available to facilitate the use of the house and its equipment. Check-in: from 5 PM in person with an inventory and explanation of the property Check-out: before 11:00 AM in person with an inventory They have access to the 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, the large dining room, and all the outdoor areas: garden, covered terrace, pergola, relaxation areas, play area, and outdoor pool heated in season. Only certain technical and storage areas reserved for staff remain closed and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note In order to preserve the Domaine and ensure the best conditions for everyone's stay: - only the people listed in the booking may stay on the premises; - No pets allowed; - No smoking or vaping inside; - Parties and noisy evenings, especially outdoors, are not allowed; the amenities of the Estate must be used in accordance with the instructions provided; a deposit of €1,500 is required according to the booking conditions; A rental agreement is established for each booking.
