Today, the premises house an architecture firm. After a long sleeping-beauty-like period, the house now shines in new splendor. On the 1st floor, a cozy holiday apartment awaits you, with historic charm and space to relax and feel at home. ▶ SLEEPING In the bright bedroom, a 180x200cm box spring bed awaits you, complete with bedding, blackout options, and plenty of storage space for your clothes. From here, you can step directly onto the balcony and enjoy the dreamy view over the Tyrolean Alps. There is also enough space for a baby cot or a small yoga/stretching session after your sporting adventure. ▶ LIVING The open living and dining area invites you to enjoy cozy moments with family and friends. Whether it's a shared breakfast at the dining table for up to 4 people, a game night, or a relaxed movie night (Netflix, Amazon Prime) on the couch – there is plenty of space here for spending time together. The couch can also be converted into a bed (140x200cm) for 2 additional guests if needed. From this area, you can also access the balcony and enjoy the tranquility and mountain panorama there. ▶ KITCHEN You can start your day with a delicious coffee from our Nespresso machine, including a milk frother, or with a tea. Only a few hundred meters away, at the farm shop, you can stock up on local specialties (eggs, cheese). The kitchen itself has everything you need for relaxed cooking: stovetop with extractor, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cooking equipment, dishes, cutlery, glasses. ▶ BATHROOM In the modern bathroom, you will find a barrier-free rain shower, a toilet, and plenty of space for your toiletries. A hairdryer and towels for all guests are of course also provided. ▶ BALCONY WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW On your private balcony, which you can conveniently access from the living and bedroom, you can relax with a cup of coffee/tea and a book. The view of the Tyrolean mountains and the peaceful location make this your perfect retreat. ▶ PARKING Right in front of the house entrance is the parking space belonging to the accommodation, so you can easily load and unload and avoid the hassle of searching for a parking spot after your trips around the area. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you will receive the code for the key box by email around 2 PM, so you can check in and arrive at your own convenience. Other things to note For guests aged 15 and over, a local tax of €3.50 per day is charged, which must be paid separately after your departure. You will receive a link through which you can conveniently pay online.
