It’s walkable, takes 10 mins to reach there. The space Spacious and comfortable house , ideal for families or group of 5 people: Covered and secure basement parking available on the premises. A large living room with 2 single beds and sofa set and 1 Teapoy. Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each room.Tables are provided in both bedrooms. Closet is available in one of the bedroom. Clean and well-maintained rooms, with RO purified drinking water (20Liters). Large washroom equipped with a solar water heater. Kitchen Facilities (Limited Use) The kitchen is equipped for light meal preparation and beverages. The following items are provided: A gas stove Crockery & Cutlery: 3 vessels, 1 non stick pan, 1 5-litre cooker, 7 plates, 4 bowls, 5 spoons, 5 forks, and 5 butter knives Utensils & Tools: 4 knives, a cooking scissors, cutting board and sink Beverage Essentials: A kettle and 2 mugs Basic Supplies: Dishwashing soap and scrub Sugar, filter coffee powder, tea powder and salt (stored in labeled containers with spoons) Please note that a stove is not available at the moment. We plan to add one in the near future. Rooftop access for relaxing evenings and fresh air. Guest access Guests will have access to: Basement parking The entire 2nd floor, which includes: 2 bedrooms Living hall Kitchen Balcony Bathroom Rooftop access Other things to note Amenities & Important Information Free on-site parking is available, with a designated space that can accommodate up to 3 cars or 15 two-wheelers. An EV charging point and a vehicle washing hose are available within the premises. Charging limit: 1 KW Charges: ₹12 per unit The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only (no lift/elevator). Cooking facilities are limited: a kettle is provided, but a stove is not available. Wi-Fi is not available; however, Airtel and Jio 5G networks work well in the area. There is no AC in the property. Power cuts are rare in our area. If there is a power outrage there are inverter bulbs in Hall, Kitchen, one of the Bedroom and Bathroom. We don’t have power back up for fans. Extra charges of 300 (400 during weekend) are applicable per person (Including kids) for more than 5 persons
