Welcome to this cozy and spacious apartment in lower Haga. A stone's throw from the city. Enjoy the views of the city, sea and southern mountain from either of the two balconies or the garden. Warmly welcome to book! The space The accommodation at 3rok can accommodate five guests. The apartment is one floor up with no elevator. Large fully-equipped kitchen with room for five people. Living room with balcony and views of the city and the sea. Two bedrooms, one of which is a family room with three beds. All beds are made and ready, towels are available! A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. To get there, go out and turn right around the corner, then enter through the door marked "Tvättstuga" (Laundry room). The room has a balcony overlooking the city. Free parking for one car is included. The plot is well raised, here you will find a dining area as well as large areas to just hang out on. Guest access Guests have free access to the whole garden. Other things to note The house was built in 1929 and has its flaws after all the years in service. The apartment is renovated, clean & fresh👌🏻
