NOISE LEVEL: It’s a basement apartment and naturally more noisy than a stand alone apartment. Light sleepers and people who mind noise level, may want to look for another listing with due respect 🙏🏼 Please note that there will be other bnb guests staying at the main floor so there will be some days and nights which can be more noisy! Please be aware that our BNB does NOT have a kitchen facility. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do NOT expect any cutlery, pots, pans, or other utensils during your stay. However, we have made sure to provide some essential amenities to make your stay comfortable. In your room, you will find a tea kettle, instant coffee, sugar sachets, whitener, a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, and disposable cups, glasses, and cutlery. These amenities are provided to ensure you can enjoy a hot beverage, store some snacks, and have a convenient breakfast experience. We understand that having a kitchen may be a priority for some guests, but we hope that our alternative amenities will still meet your needs. You are welcome to enjoy Backyard with furniture usually from May up until Mid September. I usually pack up outdoor furniture and get it winterized by that time ! Other things to note HEATING: Since it’s a basement suite , it is usually cold even more in the Summers :) for this reason I always put EXTRA CLEAN WARM BLANKETS in the bedroom closet that guests can use. There is an ELECTRIC FIREPLACE in the family room to warm the suite further. There is an EXTRA PORTABLE HEATER is in the bedroom closet and available if needed! PARKING: Please park your car on the parking spot on the right side when facing the house! It’s an interlocking patch and you will spot it easily.
