Other things to note General & Comfort: This is a first-floor apartment located on a quiet, private dead-end street. Please note that the entrance to our street is directly next to a busy public road, so you may hear some passing traffic when outside the building or with windows open. Inside the apartment and on the street itself, it remains very peaceful. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning (AC). We provide fans for the warmer months to help keep the space comfortable. For your safety and due to insurance regulations, smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. A fine will be applied for violation. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The apartment is best suited for a maximum of 6 guests. Guest Count & Fees: The base price includes 2 guests.
