In just about five square meters, you'll find everything you need to live large in a small space. The large panoramic window brings light and nature directly into the room and opens the view of the overgrown fields. During the day, the lounge area invites you to relax – with a book, a coffee or simply while watching nature. In the evening, you transform this area into your cozy bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) with high-quality sheets, blankets and pillows. The atmosphere is clear, quiet and reduced – and that is exactly why it is particularly soothing. The small kitchenette is designed so you can take care of yourself without any effort. There is a mini fridge, a mobile induction hob, a French press and a kettle for your coffee or tea in the morning, plus dishes, pan, pot, cutlery and cleaning supplies. The water in the Sleep Space comes from the in-house well system – perfect for rinsing and washing – while fresh drinking water is available for cooking and drinking via provided canisters. So everything stays in the spirit of sustainability: simple, functional, environmentally conscious. If you need more space, the adjacent old country house has a shared living and dining area with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa and fireplace. Here you can retreat, cook together or simply spend the evening in a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom in the country house is modern, bright and equipped with shower and bathtub and can be shared if the second sleep space is occupied. Wi-Fi is available in the main house, in the tiny house itself the coverage can be weaker - perfect for consciously going offline and focusing on the here and now. Outside, a small terrace with a table and two chairs awaits you – your place for coffee in the morning sun or for a quiet evening outdoors. If you wish, you can book a fire bowl and end the day by the crackling campfire while the stars are above you. The view sweeps over the property, over old trees, the mill house and the lush greenery of the Harz foreland – a place that immediately gives peace. You can park directly on the property. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am – both are done independently via a key box at the property.
