Our upper-floor apartment is very close to Erciyes Ski Center and has a private entrance. It offers 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds. Each room has its own bathroom & WC, smart TV, and personal mini fridge. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen. A private and cozy stay for families and friends. All rooms are also equipped with a TV and mini refrigerator, with every detail considered for your comfort. Located between the two independent rooms is a shared kitchen area equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, and toaster. This setup ensures a comfortable stay while giving you the freedom to enjoy your own space. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all kitchen utensils and supplies available on their respective floors according to their needs. The garden area, featuring seating and a barbecue setup, is open for shared use by guests from both floors. Additionally, household items such as shovels, brooms, and other equipment are located in the common area and can be shared by guests from both floors. Other things to note At our property, the following rules apply to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests: Pets are not allowed.
