The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the apartment: a modern kitchen with full equipment, a dining table for 4, a cozy couch, and a TV for relaxing evenings. The bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and the separate toilet provide extra comfort. A small storage room offers space for luggage and personal belongings, and both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (180×200 cm) with generous storage. You only need to bring your personal belongings – everything else is ready for you. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony, surrounded by peace and fresh air. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay is charged for a travel cot with bedding and a high chair. Please reserve this equipment in advance! ____ The electric charging station in the parking lot next to the entrance is available to you upon prior arrangement. The fee for charging your vehicle is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour. _____ Our laundry room A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, detergent, dryer, drying rack, iron and storage space is available to you – exclusively by prior reservation and for your private use only.
