The ground floor features a spacious living area with a Smart tv, WI-FI, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware and tableware enabling you to enjoy cooking to the maximum, also there is a pool table in the kitchen that you could also turn over and play air hockey. The 1st floor consist of 2 large bedrooms and the bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with double beds, Smart televisions, bedside tables and lamps. The first room has a built in wardrobe and the second room a set of drawers. Your bathroom is located next door to the bedroom, with fresh towels and soap dispensers. The 2nd floor is an attic conversion room with 2 single beds also supplied with a Smart tv and a clothing rail. Guest access Lock box entry for smooth transition in and out of the property. Free parking is available opposite the house.
