The space Sleeping arrangements include: 2 x king beds (can be split as 4 single beds) 2 x queen beds All bedrooms are beautifully appointed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day exploring Kangaroo Island. The two open-plan living and dining areas are filled with natural light and equipped with all the comforts of home, including modern appliances, quality furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Step outside to enjoy the hooded gas flat plate BBQ, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals and evening catchups. Located just moments (an easy walk) from the white sands and calm waters of Emu Bay, this home is an ideal base for swimming, beach walks, fishing and island adventures. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, couples' getaway or group retreat, this stylish new home delivers comfort, space, flexibility and a prime coastal location. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay. Other things to note We have an under-sink water purifier to ensure the best quality drinking water during your stay. All of the lighting is the latest state of the art commercial grade energy saving LED lighting and is dimmable in all of the main living areas, including the outdoor areas. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but are always open to guest suggestions if we can improve things.
