Le Refuge, 50 m², air-conditioned, with garden, near Blois

Just 10 minutes from Blois, Le Refuge is a bright gîte nestled on the first floor of a house, accessible via a private external staircase. The accommodation, fully air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for a couple, a family with 2 children or stays with friends. Le Refuge is an excellent base for visiting the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (Chambord, Blois, Chaumont, Cheverny, etc.) and Beauval Zoo. The space The Refuge is composed of: • A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 × 200 cm) equipped with Emma bedding for optimal comfort. • A sofa bed, • Modern bathroom with wall-mounted towel rail and hairdryer. • Lounge with TV • Bed and bath linen is provided for your stay. • A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals at home. • Direct access to 1 hectare of greenery, ideal for unwinding • Private garden, sunny terrace and balcony to enjoy the outdoors For stays requiring more space or a larger layout, it is possible to add Le Logis, which is directly connected to Le Refuge via an interior passageway. This main space features a cozy living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny terrace. If you wish to combine the two accommodations for your stay, simply send me a message via Airbnb. Guest access Guests have: • A separate entrance dedicated to the gîte. • A small private balcony. • A private outdoor area for the cottage, with a barbecue and garden furniture • Free access to the 1-hectare garden, • Access to the La Cisse River, which borders the property. • Access to the private pond. Other things to note The Refuge is in a natural and preserved environment: you can hear the wind in the trees, the birds... and sometimes total silence. The 1 hectare garden, the Cisse river and the private pond are accessible, but not secured: vigilance is necessary with children. The gîte is completely independent, but a second gîte can be occupied depending on the dates. The Hamlet is located in the countryside: plan suitable shoes if you want to walk in the garden or by the river. Here, we slow down and it feels good.
