Water front eco friendly villa

Located right on West Loch, this beautiful villa offers a tranquil experience in the Scottish countryside. With amazing views looking out over the loch from your own private terrace. a perfect location for anyone seeking a break from the outside world. We provide flexibility of space suitable for extended families or large groups of friends. Please note this is on West Loch, Tarbert. The space Dunmore Villa is a beautiful spacious 6 bedrooom house located on the west coast of Scotland. We try to be as eco-friendly as possible by using solar panels to generate our electricity, along with a wood burning stove that helps with the heating. The villa is split across 2 floors. On the ground floor there is: The master bedroom has a picture window that looks out onto The West Loch. It has a king sized bed and has its own access out on to the terrace. This room has an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and walk-in shower. A second bedroom which has 2 single beds and a shower en-suite. The kitchen which comes fully equipped (Electric cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer) with lots of places to store food. Located behind the kitchen is the pantry where you can store food and in there you can find a washing machine and dryer. The dinning room which can seat up to 12 people. This area has a lot of natural light due to the skylights which have been installed and it has a glass entrance to the terrace. The living room, like the master bedroom has a picture window that looks out onto the loch and jetty. It is the largest room in the villa, with 4 leather couches and a flat screen TV which has sky. It also has its own wood burning stove which you are free to use (logs can be found outside the villa in the wooden hut). A Games room with a TV connected to a Wii and Playstation 2 (with a variety of games). It has its own Foosball table and numerous board games. There is a couch in this room which can be converted into a bed. The terrace has a large table with chairs for you to relax in with stunning views of the water. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms that are split into 2 wings: In the west wing we have 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One room has a king bed and the other has 2 single beds. In the east wing we have 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One room has a king bed and the other room has a bunk bed. The room with the king bed, also has a sofa chair that can be converted into a single bed. For your stay bed linen and towels will be provided. If you are bringing along any small children we can provided you with a travel cot and high chair. Located in the dinning room you can find a guide book, giving you all necessary information about the area such as restaurants and what nature walks are near by. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire Villa Other things to note If you would like to check in early or to check out late please let me know. Normally I can be very flexible with this. But sometimes (and this is rare) check in / check out times can overlap when leaving guests have a late flight and arriving guests are coming early.
