The modern and spacious living area features satellite TV for entertainment and can also be used as an additional bedroom thanks to a high-quality sofa bed (160 × 200 cm, slatted base, two comfort mattresses). The kitchen is modern, new, and fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare your meals. The sunny south-facing balcony offers plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. A cozy seating area invites you to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view. For your stay, a welcome folder is provided.
