Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. If you are on a transit or business trip and want to stay overnight, the accommodation is ideal. Wifi, TV and several streaming services are available. Good parking facilities, even for slightly larger service vehicles. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The space The accommodation is 35 square meters and has two bedrooms and four beds. A double bed 140 cm in one bedroom and a bunk bed 90 cm in the other. Two additional beds 105 cm can be offered in a separate shed. (Bedroom no. 3 in the pictures). This means flexible sleeping arrangements linked to the needs of each party, e.g. several separate bedrooms. Please let us know when booking if you have special requests. In the middle of the house there is a kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Table and chairs for six people are available as well as a reading/TV corner with two armchairs. The TV has the Boxer Premium package with 54 channels and TV4 Play Plus. You also get access to Netflix, HBO, Prime video and Youtube. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and machine detergent are available for use. Coffee and tea are available for our guests.
