Green House Penthouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in the center of our lovely fishing village. Just a short walk to the malecone and tons of great restaurants our top floor apartment is comfortable and has the most spectacular views of both the malecone and Playa fonduca. We are only a couple blocks from the beach but still away from the bustle of the city. Relax and rest with all the amenities you want as well as experiencing a true Puerto Rican experience. The space We are offering the second floor of this two-story building. Located in a quiet fishing village. We have a brand-new washer dryer combo in the unit for your clothing. The air conditioning is one large unit in the main living area and one unit in each bedroom. both bedrooms have king sized beds, dressers, and a closet for hanging clothes. We have extra pillows and blankets for each room and blackout curtains for a comfortable nights sleep. Guest access You have the entire second floor to yourselves, including the huge upstairs deck. The back yard, though still under construction, has many fruit trees including, guanabana, plantain, bread fruit, tamarind, mango, grapefruit, noni, and avocado. There is a staircase up into the apartment from the carport and there is a step into the apartment and master bathroom but the rest of the apartment flooring is one level. Other things to note Parking is in the carport of the house. There is only two parking spots. The carport is for the upstairs residents. The main lights are on a slight delay to turn on. We have an on-demand water heater. This means you will never run out of hot water, but it does take in couple minutes to heat up so please just be patient.
