"YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME." We are two sisters, MARÍA AND BERTA, founders of the "EL PATIO DEL LIMONERO" accommodations. In Chiclana we have created a space where all our guests are amazed by the timeless decoration, large garden with natural grass, trampoline, swings, slide, tennis court, toys, etc. I guarantee your kids won't want to go anywhere else. Mediterranean colors and a newly renovated infinity pool is the new gift we've built for you. GO! The space Just 4 km from the beach, it will take 10 minutes by car to Playa la Barrosa. Plot of 2,500 m2, private, just for you and yours!!!!!! La Casa is distributed in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 in the pool, only available from April to October) Autumn and winter months, we prepare the fireplace and heating, to adapt the house to the cold. The pool is fenced, and we will have it available from April 1, 2026 until the last week of October 2026. According to the number of guests, the number of beds with rooms are prepared. - Suite room: Spacious room with 1 bed of 1.50 cm, and 3 beds of 90 cm. Private bathroom inside the same room. Air conditioning /heating and TV - Room 2: 1.50 cm bed. and Air Conditioning/ heating - Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90 cm. and Air Conditioning/ Heating - Room 4: 2 beds of 90 cm. and air conditioning /heating Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are distributed around a hallway with two full bathrooms to be shared between the 3 rooms. Spacious living room, with air conditioning/heating, Smart TV with Netflix App, Max, Prime, Disney+, etc. and 2 sofas. One of them is a sofa bed. Therefore, in total 13 people, 11 people would sleep in bed, and 2 on a sofa bed. Very equipped kitchen, facing directly to the pool porch. The house has two porches, one facing north, very cool, and another facing south , with the pool and outdoor kitchen. Pool with beach area and infinity area overflowing. Stairs for easy access to the pool, with rod. Outdoor bathroom and chillout area with 5 sun loungers. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and wood oven to make rich pizzas, bread, piglet, etc. 2,000 m2 of gardens, with tennis court, and all kinds of games for children: trampoline, swings, slides, dollhouse, kitchenette, blackboard, motorcycles, rackets, balls, etc. We have 1 cot and 1 high chair (prior request at no extra cost). We allow pets, as long as they are respectful. (€50/pet, maximum 3 pets) The house is located in the Los Gallos development, just an 8-minute drive from Playa de la Barrosa. A 2-minute drive to supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona, Covirán, restaurants and all the amenities that may arise. Viamed Hospital is a 10-minute drive away. Fish market (Chiclana square) 10 minutes by car. We do not rent the House to people under 25 years old Guest access Pool available from April 1st to the end of October All private. The house is not shared with other guests Plant maintenance, garden irrigation, and pool cleaning will be carried out by our maintenance staff, so they will have to enter the house (in the outdoor areas, they will not enter the house) between 10 am and 2 pm or between 5 pm and 8 pm Monday through Friday. Advance notice of schedule. The house is not rented to party groups. No under 27s. No parties or music after 10 pm. Maximum respect for the neighbors in terms of noise Other things to note The house is not shared with other guests. We have a comfortable sofa bed so it would accommodate 2 more people by paying a surcharge of €27/person/night (up to 13 total). We have 1 crib, available upon prior request. If you want to check out later than 10 am, you can pay €70 (June to September) or €60 (October to May) and leave by 9 pm, as long as there are no other guests checking in that same day.
