Private room/Private bathroom - Kitchen access

I live in this apartment, and you are renting an 11 m2 room, including a private bathroom/toilet, on the ground floor (duplex apartment). Shared areas: You can use the kitchen and enjoy the dining room and the terrace. Fridge, kitchen equipment, coffee machine available. Travelers by bicycle or motorcycle are welcome (garage). The apartment is on the top floor, in a quiet condominium, with views of the Annecy mountains and Mont Blanc. Shops nearby. The space You will sleep on the ground floor of the apartment, in a separate space with a bathroom and toilet. Some areas are shared: kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony. You can eat on the premises; however, I would ask you not to eat in the room. You will be much more comfortable in the dining room or on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful mountains! The room is equipped with a small desk, a chair, storage, and a wardrobe. There is no air conditioning in my apartment. Linens and towels provided. Hair dryer on request. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from a bus stop (direct line to Annecy in 25 minutes). The balcony overlooks Annecy and its mountains and Mont-Blanc. Parking is available around the condominium, in the marked spaces (or in my garage for an additional fee for cars; no additional fee for bikes/motorcycles). Guest access Independent and private sleeping area (bedroom / bathroom / toilet), on the ground floor of the apartment. Kitchen, dining room, balcony: accessible and shared areas. During your stay I'll be there Communication via Airbnb (and by phone if necessary once the booking is made). Other things to note You are in a condominium. This is not a place to party. In addition, my apartment can only accommodate up to two guests. Thank you in advance for your respect. The St-Jacques de Compostelle train stops in Lovagny (5 km from Poisy). As for your stay on site, I hope you enjoy the place and surroundings. Don't hesitate to ask me for information about things to visit or hiking or trail or alpine/backcountry skiing destinations. I don't claim to be a substitute for the tourist offices, but I can give some advice to the extent of my knowledge. Kitchen equipment is located in the kitchen (a shared space). Possibility to use the washing machine for a fee. Possibility to leave your luggage in the unit, at check-in or check-out, if our respective arrangements allow it. There are lockers near Annecy station (go to the station's website).
