Our open-plan studio apartment is bright, modern, and carefully designed down to the smallest detail—perfect for those who want peace and quiet without giving up the convenience of reaching Milan easily. The large private terrace is guests’ favorite spot to relax or enjoy breakfast outdoors. The area is safe and quiet, with free shared parking. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a warm, modern open space where every detail is meant to offer you comfort, peace, and a break from the rush of everyday life. 💛 The space that welcomes you The heart of the home is a single, simple, harmonious open-plan area featuring: a soft and cozy French double bed, adjustable to your preferences: thanks to the dual-density mattress (firm side and medium-firm side) and the memory-foam topper, you can choose the comfort that suits your rest best; a kitchen ready for a slow breakfast, a quick lunch, or an improvised dinner, with a modern table for 4 guests; a relax area with a sofa bed—perfect for pausing, breathing, and simply feeling good. Everything is designed to pamper you. 🌿 The terrace: everyone’s favorite spot Our large private terrace is a little world of its own: a quiet corner where you can read, have breakfast in the sun, or enjoy a peaceful evening. Many guests tell us it became their favorite space… and we think it will become yours too. 🌙 Rest and sleep The sleeping area is cozy and soothing, with lights on the bedside tables and under the bed, adjustable in brightness and color to match your mood. A space created to give you everything you need for truly restful sleep. We want you to really relax here. 🚿 The bathroom Modern, clean, and fresh-smelling: a simple yet well-kept space to start your day feeling light and comfortable. 🚲 Little touches that make the difference Easy parking, garage available on request (extra charge), bicycles to explore the area (must be requested in advance, extra charge), and fast Wi-Fi. And above all… our discreet presence—always ready to help whenever you need us. 📍 Location A quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the metro (20 minutes on foot from Cassina de’ Pecchi station and 15 minutes on foot from Villa Pompea station), which takes you into the heart of Milan in just a few minutes—yet far enough away to let you breathe and truly rest. Other things to note For your comfort, you will find in the apartment: Hairdryer Iron and small ironing board Drying rack Basic cleaning products Bathroom courtesy set (liquid soap and shower gel) Coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, kettle, and microwave Fast Wi-Fi Air conditioning and independent heating The building has an elevator. ♻️ Waste sorting (recycling) We kindly ask you to respect separate waste collection: Organic waste Plastic and cans Paper Glass General waste (non-recyclable) The bins are located in the garage area on level -1: take the elevator down and follow the signs to the waste disposal area. 🤫 Quiet hours To ensure peace and quiet for all residents: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM: quiet time Please avoid loud noises and loud music during these hours. 📌 House rules Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking (smoking is allowed only on the terrace). Please respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Treat the home with care, as if it were your own.
