Your perfect starting point for unforgettable trips to the picturesque Kraichgau, the historic city of Heidelberg, the idyllic Odenwald and many other destinations. Our cottage The lovingly furnished house offers two separate, almost identical, residential units – ideal for families or friends. Each apartment is designed for up to 4 people and convinces with comfort and coziness. The space The downstairs apartment has: * one bedroom with large box spring bed (width 2m) with high quality mattress * another sleeping option in the form of a 2 person sofabed * a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle * a bar table with cozy stools right in the kitchen * a modern equipped bathroom with flat shower tub and rain shower, vanity unit and toilet * a cozily furnished living-dining area * a cozy couch and a 50 inch flat TV * fast wifi internet and Disney+ (TV) Extra beds (one-time €10) and high chairs are available for our very young guests on request Outdoor area A few steps take you directly to the quiet terrace with seating. A lovingly planted raised bed with a cozy bench invites you to relax. A Weber charcoal grill is available for grilling. We also offered something for the smallest guests outside. You can spend your time in a large sandbox as well as in a trampoline. There is also a wide range of vehicles and play equipment for children. Comforts & Extras Just a one minute walk away: butcher and bakery – perfect for breakfasts or lunch. A kebab fast food restaurant as well as a pizzeria, both in the immediate vicinity, complete the gastronomic offer. Coming soon: possibility to safely and dryly accommodate bicycles, strollers and other outdoor equipment. Guest access Free parking is available on the property right next to the house. The cottage has its own entrance. Other things to note No pets are allowed on the premises Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment. Be careful. Parties or other events are not allowed.
