Bedroom 2: Features a cozy Double bed. Bedroom 3: Equipped with 2 Single beds (perfect for children or flexible sleeping arrangements). Bathroom: 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms: Ensuite (Upstairs): Private bathroom with a toilet and a relaxing bathtub 🛁. Main Bathroom (Upstairs): Features a toilet and a spacious shower. Powder Room (Downstairs): Convenient half-bathroom with a sink and toilet only (no shower/bath). Kitchen: A contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and modern stainless steel appliances (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). It features ample storage and counter space, perfect for preparing family meals. Living/Dining Area: The main open-plan living and dining areas offer comfortable seating and dining space, ideal for family time. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Outside the House: Alfresco: A beautifully paved, secluded outdoor courtyard (as seen in the photos). This is furnished with a large outdoor dining table and seating for six, offering a perfect, and a space for enjoying meals outdoors 🍽️. Parking: Secure garage parking 🅿️ is accessible via the back laneway directly behind the house. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all internal areas and the secure rear garage. A dryer is conveniently located in the garage for guest use. Access Note: This is a two-story house, and access to two main bedrooms and two full bathrooms requires ascending a flight of stairs. Other things to note Please take note of the following important information for a smooth and secure stay: - Quiet Hours: This home is advertised as a family-type home. We ask that guests respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed. - Security & Safety: For the safety of the property and neighbourhood, the home is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the front and back external areas only. - Noise Monitoring: The property utilizes noise monitoring device (a small device inside the property). This device does NOT record voices or conversations; it only measures the decibel level of noise. This ensures compliance with quiet hours and community rules, helping maintain a peaceful environment for all. - Parking: Secure garage parking is accessed via the rear laneway. - The balcony doors in the TV room cannot be opened. - The balcony door in the master bedroom also cannot be opened, but there is a window that can be opened. - For the care of the property and to keep everything in good condition for all guests, kindly keep all indoor furniture inside the home. Moving indoor items outdoors may result in damage, and any related damages or replacements will be charged accordingly. - The outdoor chairs and cushions are stored in the garage for safekeeping. Please feel free to use them during your stay. - Food and beverages are not permitted in the living and bed rooms. Please enjoy all meals and drinks in the kitchen, dining area or alfresco. This helps us keep the furniture and rugs in great condition for everyone—thank you for understanding! IMPORTANT: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to maintain the property in excellent condition, we kindly ask that you observe the following: - The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times. If you wish to have visitors, please inform us in advance and obtain approval prior to their arrival. - Please do not use the garage door as the main entrance, as excessive use may cause damage and incur significant costs. - Kindly do not move furniture around the house. Indoor furniture must remain indoors, and outdoor furniture must stay within the property grounds. These guidelines form part of our house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
