Other things to note Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests Early check-in cannot be confirmed until the day of your reservation. If you require early check-in, please message us to check availability rather than making a reservation request. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it cannot be guaranteed. All early check-in and late check-out requests are considered but are subject to availability on the day. Without written confirmation from the host, your reservation will follow standard check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out. To guarantee early check-in, you may book an extra night prior to your arrival. Safety First: Keep your room tidy and free of fire hazards. Visitors: Overnight guests are not permitted. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance. Any violation by a visitor will be considered a violation by the guest. Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness in all areas, especially shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms. A A$50 cleaning fee may be applied for unclean areas. No Smoking, Substances & Alcohol: Smoking or substance use is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will incur a A$250 cleaning fee and a A$2,500 fire department fine. Smoking is permitted outside, with proper disposal of cigarette butts. Alcohol may be consumed moderately; excessive intoxication is not allowed. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Unapproved late check-out may incur an additional night’s fee and, if it affects the next guest, you may be charged for any resulting cancellations. Kitchen & Dishes: Please wash dishes and leave shared kitchen areas tidy. A A$50 cleaning fee applies if left dirty. Fridge: Remove all personal items upon check-out. Rubbish: Dispose of garbage in the outdoor bins provided. Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Fire Safety: Keep hallways, stairways, and fire exits clear at all times. Any costs from triggering alarms due to smoke will be charged to the guest. Room Access: Staff may need to access your room for maintenance, repairs, or deliveries in rare situations. We will provide notice whenever possible. Appliance Usage: Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Building Security: Do not allow anyone else into the building. Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving. Laundry: Use the provided detergent and turn off the iron after use.
