Nice bright apartment on the ground floor, fully equipped, with access to the fully enclosed private garden onto which the windows open. The environment is quiet and green, ideal for a relaxing stay or a business trip. The heat pump heater ensures comfort, winter and summer. Ideal location: the entrance to the A21 highway is 3 minutes away, Lens is 10 minutes away, Arras is 20 minutes away and Lille is 25 minutes away. As well as the train station, 10 min walk. The space The main room, warm and bright, consists of a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television; a dining area with a large table that can accommodate several people and an office area for teleworking. The independent kitchen is well equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils. Cleaning supplies are provided. The bedroom, with soothing decor, has a comfortable bed, new and quality bedding, and a large storage cabinet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Organic shower shampoo is available, as well as conditioner and laundry detergent. This is also where you will find the washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as coffee and tea for the first days of your stay. The garden is private. From spring, a barbecue and garden furniture will be installed. Guest access In order to access the accommodation you must cross the hall of a house, then the garage and reach the courtyard at the back of the house. The house is also rented for seasonal rentals, but the entrance hall is common to both apartments. The garage is allocated primarily to the house.
