11.09.2025 - Our tiny home is a cozy studio-type unit with a minimalist concept—simple & comfortable with just what you need. The 54x75-inch bed fits up to 2 guests and comes with a 6-inch mattress, with either a comforter or blanket depending on availability. The space A 22 sqm end unit in a quiet, secure community with minimal outside noise, a guard house, and 24/7 roving security. How to get here via commute from Metro Manila? Option 1: Ride a jeepney/van from Shaw-Crossing going to Tanay Palengke/Bayan. Option 2: Ride an e-jeep from SM Masinag going to Pililla Municipality/Bayan. Then ride a trike and will drop you off in front of the property. Guest access DOOR ACCESS: Self check-in through our smart lock. We’ll send you a unique timed passcode before your arrival so you can check in easily at your convenience. PARKING: you can park in front of the property (motorcycle or car) Other things to note ❌Not provided: drinking water, toothpaste, condiments, coffee, sugar, lighter/matches, and uling. ✅Provided: 2 bath towels, 2 disposable toothbrushes, 2 pairs of slippers, shampoo, bath gel, and dishwashing soap. There’s a convenience store nearby (Alfamart) that guests usually pass by before check-in. For added convenience, there’s also a store inside the community, just a few steps from the unit ☺️
