Our luxurious decor and furnishings finish the place off The space This immaculate property in Peterhead has just undergone a full 'back to brick' renovation meaning everything in the entire house is brand new and fresh! It has been tastefully decorated and furnished, while also being upgraded with some smart technology, bringing this old house bang up to date. Entrance - You will enter the house by means of a smart lock on the front door. We will send your unique code shortly before check in. Simply enter the code on the digital key pad and the door will unlock. It then locks behind you every time. Hallway - the entrance hall has PIR sensors which detect motion. This means that when you walk in, the hall lights will come on automatically to save you scrambling around for the light switch. This hall also has attractive LED lights around the ceiling. There is a hallway towards the rear of the property which also has auto lights, along with the staircase to reach the first level and the upstairs landing. This means that when going to bed or getting up in the night, you don't need to worry about putting the hall lights on or off as they do this themselves. On to the living room where you'll find not only luxurious decor and furniture, but our Smart TV with all Freeview channels ready and waiting for you. All our TV have this, as well as all the normal apps you would expect like Netflix or Amazon Prime where you can sign in to your own account to enjoy your favourite shows. The living room also has table with bar style stools that can double up as either somewhere to eat or a handy work station. Kitchen - Our brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare anything from a small snack to full on 3 course meals. all cooking facilities and equipment are there for your use as well as kettle, toaster and microwave. We also supply some tea, coffee, sugar and a couple of biscuits for your arrival. Broadband - the router for our high speed broadband is in the living room. You'll find a handy QR code which you simply scan to connect to the Wi-Fi. Heating - We have installed state of the art Hive heating controls to help keep you cosy! The thermostat controller for this is located on the wall in the front hall. Bedrooms - we have one King bedroom on the ground floor which is ideal for anyone with mobility issues or problems with stairs. There is also a shower room with WC downstairs to ease any accessibility issues. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, with one further king room and the other room set up as 2 x single beds. These singles however can be joined together on request to create on Super King Size Bed. Please advise at the time of booking of you require this. All beds are draped in our hotel quality fresh white linen and super comfy duvets to help ensure a great night's sleep. We've also installed smart TVs with Freeview channels in all bedrooms. Bathrooms - As mentioned above, we have one shower room/WC downstairs, and we have a further 2 upstairs. One off the landing, and the final is an en-suite attached to bedroom 3 (pictured with the 2 single beds). All bathroom have showers, toilets and had basins. We also provide fresh towels for every guest along with some toiletries. Parking - There is free safe parking available on the street directly outside the property. Other things to note Before check in, we require all guests to complete our online check in form and sign a short term rental agreement. This simple document clarifies the house rules as stated on Airbnb and outline our responsibilities to you as your host.
