The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area. The space The house was completed in 1970 and is constantly being renovated and maintained. The apartment was built in September 2020. A shared staircase leads directly to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment (50 m2) is bright and modern. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the bedroom and living room. On the terrace there is a separate dining area and a gas heater so that you can sit outside even in cooler weather. A small garden in front of it also provides space for children to play. Guest access You enter the property of the house at Wachtbergstrasse 32 through a black wrought iron door. After about 10m you will find the front door. The door handle is vertical (!) when the door is closed. In this position the door can be unlocked and locked. To open it, the handle is placed horizontally and the door is pushed open. The cloakroom of apartment 1 is located in the anteroom of the staircase. In the stairwell behind it is the first cloakroom for the holiday apartment. Dirty shoes and coats can be stored here. Then go up one floor and then right in front of the modern picture into the apartment. (On the left of the picture you go to apartment 1.) The door to the holiday apartment opens inwards and on the right there is a light switch that can be switched on with the right bar and off with the left bar. At the entrances to the two rooms there are also radio switches on the right that can be switched on and off. The washing machine and dryer are behind three doors that can be entered in direct succession to the right of the cloakroom in the stairwell. This area is also used by apartment 1.
