Three modular bedrooms (twin beds or double beds), three bathrooms including one with bathtub, large 45 m² living room with sofa bed and giant Netflix screen. 1 ha park, access to private wellness area in this gîte included and accessible in the afternoons (spa, sauna, cold bath and swimming spa spring/summer). Parties are forbidden and respect for the peace and quiet of the place and the other cottages is requested. The space The 180 m² gîte can accommodate up to 9 people. It includes three modular bedrooms (twin beds or double beds), three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a large bright living room of 45 m² with sofa bed, giant screen and Netflix. The vacation rental is located in a quiet, one-hectare wooded park, ideal for recharging your batteries or sharing a friendly stay with family or friends. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gîte, garden and private outdoor areas. Access to the wellness area (spa, sauna, cold bath, swimming spa depending on the season) is included in the reservation and accessible every afternoon only for your gîte. Parking is free on site. Two other cottages are present on the estate, each independent and respectful of the calm of the place. In case of late arrival, self check-in is possible upon request. Other things to note Two other cottages are located on the same estate, allowing to accommodate about ten additional people (contact me if necessary).
