Small apartment in main residence

Welcome to Fred and Marine's! New accommodation, created in 2025: one bedroom, one bathroom with walk-in shower and a small corner with refrigerator, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The entrance is independent, there is no common interior part. In summer, we can share the terrace as well as a heated pool (from May/June to September). We have a dog and 2 children that you can meet outside. The space The space is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The window in the bedroom is equipped with an electric roller shutter. The 2 windows of the accommodation (bedroom and bathroom) are tilt and turn. The bathroom and bedroom are equipped with doors, so you can occupy each room independently. We have provided: cups, bowls, plates and cutlery as well as a Tupperware jug and its cookbook that will allow you to cook in the microwave! For your teas, two solutions: à la dolce gusto or with the infuser. You have a cutting board and a knife perfectly suited to cutting a sausage (aperitif is sacred!). You have a basin, with sponge and dishwashing liquid. Sheets and towels are provided with the accommodation. The TV is equipped with: Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and Ligue 1+! Do you need anything else? Let's talk about it together! Guest access Your vehicle will be parked inside our residence, on a concrete driveway and behind a gate. Fontains is a small peaceful village. Simply walk along our house on the right to access your independent accommodation.
