Cal Cente - Mountain House with Shared Garden

Cal Cente d'Isòvol is a rural house on the first floor of a small town in La Cerdanya with mountain views and natural landscapes. It has an excellent location between Andorra, France, Puigcerdà, La Molina and Masella. The shared garden with barbecue is the perfect place to relax, play with children and prepare meals with family and friends. There are electric heaters in all rooms that can be combined with the exclusive fireplace in the living room, where you'll also find board games. The space The house is located on the first floor without an elevator, so stairs will be used to access the garden, the house and the rooms. The house consists of 2 floors, one with a living room, kitchen and an auxiliary bathroom, and the other with 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Guest access The house includes a garden with tables and a barbecue that is shared with the adjoining house. Other things to note The property is a vacation rental with license HUTG-075970-27. For security, all guests, including minors, must register at check-in as in a hotel, according to Royal Decree 933/2023. A photo of the ID (front and back) or passport for each guest, as well as an email, contact phone number, and, in the case of a passport, the full mailing address, must be submitted. If there are minors, their relationship to the rest of the group must be indicated.
