Spacious attic room in terraced house in Crookes, very close to shops, pubs, takeaways, and also the University (5 -10 mins bus / walk), and Hospitals. You have the large space upstairs (double bed plus futon), plus share of bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I can provide tea coffee & milk. Parking on the road outside is never an issue (and if it is I will move my car for you!) - or the 52 bus services the area constantly. The space Typical terraced Crookes house, with long garden, cellar (Washing machine), great attic conversion (to be used by you), cosy living room, nice kitchen with pine table, hob cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, hot shower, bath in bathroom on 1st floor. NOTE: there is no actual door to the attic bedroom - but it's up (carpeted) stairs, round a corner, & your privacy is wholly respected by me. Guest access Exclusive use of the whole attic (large room); shared use of bathroom, kitchen, and living room (though you may prefer to stay in the attic with WiFi & your own devices of course - but sharing the living room also welcomed!). Access to house via side door in alleyway. NOTE: there is no actual door to the attic bedroom - but it's up (carpeted) stairs, round a corner, & your privacy is wholly respected by me Other things to note Stairs to the attic are well carpeted if possibly a little "steep" (which is typical of terraced properties in this area & neighbouring areas) Short stays welcome. I love animals - particularly cats - but I do not currently have a pet. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact me directly to discuss. If you are a couple with a small child / toddler, that could probably squeeze in as I have a futon as well as the double bed in the attic room - again., please contact me to discuss - thanks. Additionally: No personal heaters allowed - I can lend you one if required, though the radiator in the attic is very warm. The central heating is controlled (combi boiler), please ask if you need assistance. I do not allow external visitors.
