Located in a dominant position, in a small hamlet at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, you will enjoy the many activities and cultural riches of the region and a true haven of peace for an exceptional stay in the heart of the golden triangle of Périgord Noir INTERIOR DESCRIPTION ************************ - From the parking lot, a few stone steps lead to the flowered courtyard, then to the entrance to the Manor - The elegant living room, wide open to the balcony thanks to its two large French windows, is bathed in light. It is elegantly furnished with two leather sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a large connected TV. - The spacious kitchen is certainly the place for happy reunions with friends and family. The result of a successful marriage between the charm of its exposed stones and beams, the warmth of its large wooden table and its furniture weathered by time, and the modernity of its vast central island offering the most modern equipment, it will allow you to prepare on site all the good products brought back from the many local markets around. The room is also wide open onto the terrace offering communication between indoors and outdoors ideal in summer. - The back kitchen offers a second fridge/freezer, sink, and multiple storage possibilities. - The first sleeping area is located in a quiet area on the other side of the living room. It consists of two spacious double bedrooms, also opening onto the balcony. - the first suite offers a large double bed 180 cm wide, two bedside tables, two rattan armchairs, a wardrobe, a wardrobe. EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: *********************** Although the MANOIR DES HAUTS DE PIERREVAL is furnished and decorated with the utmost care, you will also fall in love with its exteriors, starting with the exceptional panorama that is offered to you over the valley below. From misty mornings when nature awakens, to flamboyant sunsets, you will never tire of contemplating this constantly renewed spectacle. - The gardens, organized in terraces, offer multiple romantic corners in the shade of large trees and beautiful French gardens with boxwood and dry stone walls - The superb terrace, overlooking the pool, will allow you to have lunch outside in the shade of the large linden tree, or to share an aperitif comfortably seated in the garden furniture. - The second terrace, arranged in the extension of the swimming pool, with its seating area and beanbags arranged under the bamboo pergola, extends this invitation to laze around. - The beautiful swimming pool, with generous dimensions of 10 m x 4 m and 1.3 m deep, is equipped with an immersed electric shutter, offering optimal safety. Open from mid-April to mid-October, it is heated to 28 degrees for the comfort of our guests. Sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. - A petanque court and a ping pong table complete the leisure facilities for happy moments with family or friends. - Parking for 6 cars is available in the immediate vicinity of the property. NOTE: ********* The stone wall separating the main terrace from the pool below is quite low, so note that the property is not suitable for very young children. Guest access Our guests have full and exclusive use of the entire property (2 bedrooms of the Manor and the small guest house remaining closed and of course unoccupied as part of a rental for 6 guests), the pool and the garden. Nothing will disturb your peace here... except the birds chirping! Other things to note Rental of 9 nights/10 days minimum in very high season, 1 week minimum early July/end of August and 3 nights minimum in mid-season. Check-in/check-out day is flexible, except Saturday in summer. Due to the low height of the main terrace wall overlooking the pool below, the PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN THE MANOIR DES HAUTS DE PIERREVAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR WEDDING OR EVG/EVJF ORGANIZATION - Please do not contact us in this context. The rate includes all charges. Bed linen, bath linen and pool towels are included in the rent In case of a two-week rental, the linen is changed mid-stay. Intermediate cleaning is graciously organized. The pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-October. We accept 1 dog (small size) maximum per stay, upon explicit prior acceptance. Access to the bedrooms and pool is strictly prohibited.
