Cozy apartment with terrace

Welcome to our 34 m² apartment, located in the basement of our house. It includes a large room with double bed, large screen TV, storage and direct access to a small private terrace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. A hallway leads to the shower room with toilet. We live just above with our two young children (3 years old and 1 and a half years old). So there are family noises during the day. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. 🚴🏻‍♂️ Near the bike path 🅿️ Free parking Other things to note We live just above the accommodation with our two young children (3 years old and 1 and a half years old).
