Anant Villa is a simple, peaceful village home set amid backwaters and open land, away from city noise and convenience. This is not a resort or luxury stay, it’s our personal home away from home, opened to guests who want to slow down. Expect sunlight-filled mornings, quiet walks, greenery, and local home-style food. Connectivity, quick fixes, and city-style amenities are limited due to the remote location. Ideal for guests seeking calm, nature, and simplicity over comfort or convenience. The space The villa has a warm hut-style design with a garden, lawn, and an attic bedroom overlooking the lake. Guests can enjoy open spaces, simple board games, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful nature setting. We don’t have TV or Wi-Fi, as the space is meant for offline relaxation. feel free to bring your own entertainment, speakers, or games. BBQ, bonfire, and boating can be arranged at extra charges! * we request guests to not litter in the property areas as well. Guest access Guests have full access to the private villa, garden, lawn, and nearby open spaces around the 15-acre property. You can sit by the backwaters or take boat rides with local guides, but entering the water isn’t allowed, as it supplies nearby villages. Enjoy peaceful walks, fresh air, and quiet corners throughout the property. The entire villa is yours for the stay. Other things to note Home-style meals can be arranged through a local food vendor at their own rates. Guests may also cook using our basic kitchen setup. Carry your essentials like medicines, toiletries, and entertainment if needed. As we’re in a nature-focused, quiet area, you can expect minimal noise, simple comforts, and peaceful surroundings.
