There is a small beach that you can reach via a small bridge. The space I am a Dutchman who emigrated to Norway 30 years ago. I live in a very special place that I would like to share with my guests. In the cottage, you enter through a hall where you can place suitcases and jackets and other things. The cozy living room has a corner sofa and lounge chair. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and sink. All cutlery and cups are provided. The corner sofa is a comfortable double bed with a top mattress. The bathroom has a spacious shower with toilet. On both sides of the house is a deck terrace. So you can always choose whether you want to sit in the sun. Guest access The front door is open; you will find the key inside. Other things to note There is a lot to do nearby. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance (1.4 km). You have direct access to the water of the Mjøsameer and a beach where you can swim. The house overlooks Helgoya. Helgoya is a tourist island where you can rent kayaks and bicycles. There is also a climbing park here and there are many attractions. From the house there are beautiful hiking trails, both along the lake and through the forest. You can enjoy nature, local architecture and history. The Skibladner is the oldest steamboat still in service in the world. It passes by the house every day in the summer. The timetable can be found on the Skibladner website. Within an hour's drive, you will find a ski slope and a large cross-country skiing area.
