Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with two high-quality box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm / 35 x 79 in). In the living room, there is another box-spring bed (90 x 200 cm / 35 x 79 in), which can be used as a cozy seating area during the day, as well as a large dining table for up to 7 people. The beds will be made with fresh linens when you arrive. On request, we are also happy to prepare the beds as double beds. The well-kept, indoor shower room is equipped with a washer-dryer – ideal for longer stays. Fresh towels, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo are ready upon your arrival. 🍳 Kitchen & self-catering: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for everyday needs: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, as well as spices and oil. A coffee and tea station with a filter machine, coffee powder, and a selection of different teas makes it easier to start your day. Directly on the opposite side of the street you will find in sight a shopping center with grocery stores such as Aldi, Kaufland and a bakery as well as various restaurants and snack options. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and can use all the amenities without restriction. Access is convenient and flexible via self check-in. You will receive your personal access codes for the PIN code locks in good time before your arrival. Forgetting or losing keys is therefore a thing of the past.
