Our wonderful garden apartment is located in Ag. Paraskevi's core area, quiet, safe and convenient transportation. There are many key international schools and private schools around the area where the B&B is located. There is a nice seafood restaurant downstairs and a neighborhood supermarket. Large supermarkets Lidl, AB, etc. are within walking distance. Very convenient transportation, 8 min walk to the subway station, 3 min walk to the bus stop. There is a dedicated parking space in the apartment building for guests to use for free during their stay. The space The apartment is clean and cozy in a modern, minimalist style of decoration.The indoor area is about 120 square meters, and there is also a large terrace of about 60 square meters, providing you and your family and friends with a spacious and comfortable living space and outdoor leisure space. The bed arrangements for the apartment are as follows: * Three queen-size bed: for 6 guests; * One living room double size sofa bed: 2 guests can use it; * One living room single sofa bed: available for 1 guest. The apartment has a maximum of 9 guests.When staying for 7—9 guests, some occupants will need to use the sofa bed in the corner of the living room. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and is equipped with a washing machine for a family holiday, friends traveling with you or living for longer periods of time.We provide daily supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and towels. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic kitchenware, tableware and tableware for guests to prepare their own breakfast and regular meals.Basic seasonings, coffee and tea are also provided in the kitchen.We also usually prepare welcome red wine, snacks and complimentary bottled water for our guests. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in our apartment. In accordance with local regulations, please do not make noise between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm each day. No smoking inside the apartment, there is a smoking area on the terrace for your use.
